I shall start off by saying that I was VERY skeptical and cynical about reserving PDM after reading other testimonials… However, now that I have remained there, I am rather happy I did. Check in was easy and straightforward. Staff all over so favorable. However, from my experience, that’s quite prevalent on the island, and it is only a deposit NOT a fee so long as the items are returned (Lock, central drawers ). That we did.
King bed, ground floor, steps in the pool and also Romy’s pub. Room location was fantastic. Room was tidy. The mattress was firm, but comfy. AC worked tremendously well. Three small drawers supplied and a significant sized pole to hang things on. Limited amount of hangers have been provided (7-8) that I made do with by doubling up when necessary and only used the pole itself to drape items over at additional times. There was also many of shelves supplied.
Water pressure was not so good but completely doable. Lots of warm water. Therefore, if you have to have a washcloth understand many resorts on the island simply don’t provide them. I just picked up one in the shop for 14MP, then left it for our chamber woman to maintain if she desired.
Location is fantastic. Playa Sol is only a small walk throughout the road, Hildago is only around the corner, and tons of restaurants, beach bars, and shops just step off.
Cart parking supplied in addition to lots of parking on the road in front of the resort.
Romy and his pub is a complete delight. I would pop in there if I were not’ staying in the resort. Fantastic location. Fantastic drinks. Staff recommended the snuba cozumel excursions for our party close to the island.
Pool, fantastic size. Temp just appropriate for heat. Sterile and maintained every day.
Restaurant: I didn’t eat there, but a few traveling with us did. The foods they have looked amazing, and they reported it had been. Cost really fair. Really an amazing place to stay.
