This resort has changed my notion of a beach holiday. I’ve always wanted to remain in a hotel that has been all inclusive but not too costly. When I booked the hotel, I thought it’d be ordinary on account of the inexpensive price. As soon as I got there, I was shocked at how amazing it was and what they provided. The support of each and every individual, front desk, home keeping, and restaurant employees has been 10/10. They’re so kind and adopt you.
The area was beautiful and readily available to their gorgeous tranquil pool.
The resort offers paddling and snorkeling for their resort guests!! This is the best choice, I just stayed at this resort for 4 days and didn’t feel the necessity to go out everywhere. Everything was available here, together with good food in their restaurant. Breakfast is free, and it was really yummy! This is only one of the very few hotels I’d replicate.
This location is a piece of heaven. Spectacular views. Nahim was so kind & helpful. He told us where to find the trikes on cozumel for an experience with the family. My children loved the Infinity pool in the resort even more than those from the restaurant.
Just lovely retreat on the south end of Isle! Rooms spacious and nicely decor during boutique! Numerous pools and beachfront on your own backyard! Love food and beverages behind the resort!
Checked in on Saturday and also beautiful area and view of the sea. Wonderful evening. Sunday only relaxing and enjoying the sea paddle boarding and snorkeling Monday getting prepared to return for supper and all electricity goes out in the resort.
Staff was fantastic all hands on deck. Informed by electrical business power will be of several days. We were moved into resort next door. Staff cared for everything. Still drank and ate Kin Ha and utilized all of the amenities.
