After seeing last year, we could not wait to come back. Beautiful Seaview area this time that we stayed for a week. Great food options. Not only from the restaurants but in the buffet, around the swimming pool, bbq, therefore, themed dinner nighttime. There is food anywhere. Our waiter one night in Cairo has been Carlos and that he went over and beyond to offer our family with an excellent meal and producing Exotic java for our dining table.
Zen was our favorite for breakfast by Gio looking after our loved ones and supplying fantastic support. Enjoyed the smash pub with Donis and Cruz maintaining our glasses filled. Always something is going on to stay active or merely cool by the pool. Batman / Falcon and his staff continually keeping the air moving.
His professionalism and local understanding are excellent, and he reserved Aquaworld surf simulator along with aqua rebound for the son. He’s a real credit to this resort. A few unique touches organized by Cynthia in the concierge desk helping make our vacation much more astounding so thank you. Rodger Diaz at the shore was also brilliant and remembered us from this past year. He also gives great suggestions – the last time he mentioned the cozumel discover scuba tour for beginners. And that was amazing.
You will find many employees who go above and beyond, and that is precisely what makes this resort amazing. Everything is also fantastic in the meals, home wine, wood-fired pizzas, cocktails, reveals, kids clubs, amusement, even small snacks and nibbles from the foyer. I like this resort, and I am sure you’ll too ( thank you by pollock / Kennedy household ).
Indeed the best holidays, Cancun is fantastic, the celebration is always upward! The service in the hotel is excellent, all of the folks are smiling consistently. However, I feel that the best aspect of Hard Rock is that the entertainment group, they’re a whole lot of activities entertaining, especially Lisett and Silvia they’re the very best, that women keep the celebration, they dance very well, and they’re so kind!
That I don’t have any words to describe how beautiful the following workers at hard stone Cancun are, they left my mum’s birthday so memorable and therefore I will always be grateful. This gentlemen and ladies went over and beyond to make my mum’s day very special throughout her birthday breakfast in the Zen. Can not wait to return.
That is our 4th trip to Hard Rock Cancun. We love it. The perspectives, pool, food but notably the employees are the very best. They are careful and make fantastic drinks. Gio in Zen breakfast is indeed agreeable and provided great support! Yael was helpful at the swimming pool and checked on us daily. Can’t wait to go back!
