An experience you won’t forget

Wife and I went here on our first night. It was terrific from the time we walked into the time we left. Wife is allergic to strawberries, so they shifted a few things for her and that I was quite jealous at some points because rather than fruit that they gave her chocolate or caramel topping.

The food was so damn amazing. Most exceptional meal ever no lie! The parts are small, but they make sure that you are complete before you depart. Never had four people look after us in a sitting, made us feel significant and very welcome. Worth visiting for sure.

That I was a bit skeptical at first since Careyes looked so snobby and needed a strict dress code, but it ended up being an excellent experience for my partner and me. The food has been unique, influenced by molecular cuisine. Everything we tried was delicious, but undoubtedly the best route was that the dessert! Shoutout to Pablo, Marcos, Santos, and Julian, who made us feel more than welcome.

Careyes is a small taste of heaven. From the minute you enter the restaurant you’re treated like gold. Our waiter mentioned someĀ fly fishing in cozumel tours for people who love fishing. And the food is magnificent! Thank you, Chef Elias, for taking care of us. We’re vegetarians, and the chef created a grand beet entree which has been amazing! In case you have the opportunity to see Cancun and Careyes Oasis Palm afterward you won’t be let down!

We visited Careyes in the Grand Oasis Palm twice. We enjoyed such exceptional ambiance and service, and it had been above our expectations. From the appetizer to the main path to the desserts it had been tears and joy.

The wine was a flavorful addition in addition to the aperitifs. Chef Elias has himself indeed out with his menu. On our second visit the chef ready for us something unique. Without his understanding it was one of our favorite foods.

We had an excellent dinner in Careyes. The food appeared best called French/Mexican fusion. I wish we’d taken more pictures of our food because it had been excellent! The oysters were especially memorable and intriguing, and the soups were just absolutely unbelievable. I’m usually not a soup person (although my spouse is)- but we blown away from the sauces we’d. Rich, creamy, umami broth and I’m not sure what was inside them. We got different things and couldn’t determine what was better.
