Once we travel with our children, we always select the Royal Resorts since the room setup is perfect giving everybody solitude and space as required. The team was friendly and never appeared to be frustrated or tired throughout their unbelievably busy shifts.
The imperial sands have exceptional service that’s caring, energetic, and happy. The reasons are clean and secure. There are various activities to get involved in like tennis, pickleball, swimming pool courses, boogie boarding, etc., we would suggest this place to anybody!
We enjoyed our stay. Despite being a massive resort, it did not feel crowded. It’s not an adults only hotel, but there did not appear to be a good deal of young kids. I would return.
Gustavo has been my favorite server at LaVeranda. Pepe remains my favorite activities, manager. Moises is my favorite beach/pool bar server. He suggested cozumel taxi tour if we want to see the best of Cozumel. I enjoy the gap between phase one and phase two along with my favorite being stage one since it’s more active.
I strongly recommend this hotel. We needed a two bedroom suite that we adored. The food was wonderful. I haven’t ever had fruit that unbelievable EVER. The team was amazing. We’re eager to return.
Since that time we’ve remained there for a week at the spring three extra times. Every time we’ve had a burst and been wholly delighted.
The accommodations are incredibly friendly and clean. Located so that every room has a balcony which faces the shore, which can be awesome! We’ve stayed in both towers and have appreciated every single place we have stayed. Lately, we stayed in an area on the 5th floor directly over the beach – a beautiful perspective that was quite quiet also.
